the files I have saved in my document, I cannot open any
more,why?
When I go into my document and click on the file I want to
open,the menu drops then I click on the open tag,all that
now happens is the small page with the licence number
opens, but the screen locks,the esc button will not allow
me to leave the page, I have to turn off the computer, but
when I retry the same problem is there.
Any suggestions.
