Word2002-Final View-No Footer

Hi all
Using Word2002 SP3, Track Changes On; When selecting from the Reviewing
Toolbar - Final View; unable to access or see or print the footer. In fact
the footer area disappears, i.e. no dotted box indicating footer area (can
see the header area ok).
There is no problem accessing/seeing/printing the footer when switching the
view to Original, Original showing markup or Final showing markup.
Any ideas?
