Word2003 DDE Error using Access2000

Hi,

I've recently tried to run a Word2003 mail merge document with Access2000
and for an unknown reason, I get the error that the DDE connection could not
be re-established!

When I using the same document with Access2003 or Excel2000/2003 it works
fine. When I use Word2000 with Access2000, this combination works fine also.
Now I've spoken with Microsoft support and they tell me it's not a
compatibility issue - but I'm not sure any more.

Any help would be most appreicated.

Hi Suzzane,

Yes I have, and normally this would work, but between Word2003 and
Access2000 - it keeps telling me the DDE connection could not be
reestablished. Even after trying mail merge and data source linking.
