Word2003 want fonts palette for highlighting. Can it be done?

When I print high-lighted text on the OKI C7400 color printer, light blue
comes out too dark, as do some other colors. There are only 15 colors
offered in the drop-down palette for highlighting. The drop-down pallette
for text offers 40 colors and the option to selct "More," which shows a
hexagon with a much largee spectrum of shades. Is there a way of changing
the deleting the 15-color drop-down palette for highlighting and replacing it
with the 40-and-"More" drop-down palette used for fonts?

No, actual highlighting is limited to the 15 miserable colors you see.
However, for most purposes you can use background shading instead, and have
the full range of colors.
