word2007 hangs after closing file message : ~wrs{

after opening any wordfile larger then 25 kb and closing it word stops and
give this kind of error Word is unable to open
~WRS{9DD9BCC1-6EFF-4403-8860-A7DBDA297592}.tmp cannot be opend.

problem seems to be only with files larger then 20 kb
