Word2007 Userform causes 100% CPU?

Can anyone else recreate this?

Create a new (blank) userform in VBA in Word2007. Click run (or F5) to open
the form - and I get 100% CPU util.

I have a completed userform that also ehaves the same way :-/

Is it just me? Thanks.

Ok, I have verified on other systems as well that this happens.

If you grab the window title and move the userform around, CPU drops. Once
you let go, CPU runs back to 100%.

So - I hate to ask an age old question, but how does one go about reporting
a bug to Microsoft?...
