word2k: crashes when you mouseover toolbar

whenever i mouseover 'file' or 'edit', i get a winword.exe
error, and word closes. i uninstalled, and reinstalled. i
updated office files ... same thing. anyone help on this
one? thanks ...

See if the problem occurs when you start Windows in Safe Mode. If it
doesn't then it could be caused by an incorrect or corrupt graphics
driver. Obtain an updated driver from the manufacturer's web site and
see if that rectifies the problem.
