word97 entering characters into different locations in a document

i am using word 97 in windows 98. i would like to type a
series of characters in one specific location and have
those same characters appear in one or more different
locations in the document. how can i accomplish this?

Yes, you need to use the Include Text field. Look it up in Help where there
are some examples of how to use it.
