WordArt not displaying

When I insert WordArt or other graphics, the outline box
appears but nothing inside. When I select the object the
ears appear but I can't change the size. The graphics do
appear on the printed page and in Print Preview. I do not
have this problem on my other computer even though (I
thinbk) the settings are the same.

Posted message too soon! Found answer in KB 285957. Had
Picture Placeholders clicked "on" in Options/View. Thanks
anyway.
