wordart to .jpg or .bmp

Hello!
I have created a logo in wordart as a file I
call "stickman". I have the text to the logo in another
file I call "baits". Is there a way to import the wordart
file into the "baits" file and save the whole thing as
a .jpg or .bmp?
Thank you very much for your attention.

what kind of file is baits? if it is a graphic -- then you could possibly
add the word art as a layer into that file -- using an application such as
PaintShop Pro -- then save it as a jpg or bmp.

Both "baits" and "logo" are .doc files.

I created the drawings by using the wordart utility in
word.

What I want to do is to take the "logo" word document,
make it alittle smaller so it will fit within the little
area I have left out of the "baits" document for it to go,
and to insert the "logo" into the "baits" document and
save the whole thing as a .bmp or .jpeg

Could I pull up these files in some other program, scale
them up or down, inserting both into the same file, and
then save them as a .bmp or .jpeg?

The whole thing is a logo for my fishing lure company.

Your best bet is to Copy/Paste your art into a graphics app and save in a
graphics file format (or create the whole thing in a graphics app to begin
with), but if you have Word 2000 or above, you can save your document as a
Web page, and the WordArt will be saved out as a GIF. You can then rename
that file, save it in your clip art folder (My Pictures), and use it just as
you would any other piece of clip art. You can add text, select the logo and
text and Copy/Paste Special as Picture, and the whole thing will be inserted
into your document as a graphic, which you can then extract by saving *that*
document as a Web page. I don't make any claims about the resolution of the
result, although this can be fine-tuned in some versions using settings in
