Hello,
I have a document that has a problem with the Word Count command. Normally
when you select some text, you should see (in Word 2007) a "Words: ..." link
in the status bar that tells you have many words there are in the selection,
and which, if pressed, pops up a window with some more info (no. of
characters etc).
In my "problem document", after making the selection, the "Words: " button
in the status bar is grayed out (so it cannot be pressed), and not only that
- the number of words it displays is not correct (stays the same even if I
change the selection).
I don't know what the problem could be. The only thing that's "special"
about this document is that it contains some references managed by EndNote,
but I've had documents like that in the past, which didn't have this problem.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
