Using Word2003. Not a Word expert.
I'm preparing a series of bifold, duplex booklets that share a lot of
common pages. The full 'master' is 40 pages, and there are 4 page, 8
page, 16 page, 20 page, 28 page variations that are a subset of the 40
page master.
INCLUDETEXT seems like it would be a good approach, but I'm having
"refresh" problems:
Error! Not a valid filename
(see earlier post)
I came across Steve Hudson's Editioning macro from 2001. It appears to
be something to try, but I'm having problems. I highlighted 8 pages
and pressed the "Publish" button, It has been "spinning" with 100% CPU
for about 20 minutes, so my impression is that it is "hung".
I tried to find more instructions for using the Editioning macro, but
the link was dead / 404. I came across an indication that there was a
2004 update, but I couldn't find that.

Am I doing something wrong? Does Editioning have problems with
Booklets?
And thanks Steve H. for providing "Editioning" free.
