Wordicon.exe file

Hi,
I have just noticed in 'My Documents' a file called 'wordicon.exe' Its size
is 280 KB.
I have no idea what it is, where it came from or more importantly what to do
with it. Properties says it was created on 07/03/09 and modified on 12/02/09?
My wife uses word all the time and I suspect it is something she has done -
pass the blame! I just hope it is not something harmful, can anyone
advise/assist?
