wordpad in windows98 problem

After having rebooted my Windows 98SE, WordPad and NotePad
do not support unicode fonts for writing in another
language (Vietnamese) than English and Frenh as it used
to. I am appriciate if someone tell me how to correct the
problem! Thanks.
