WordPerfect Template Prompt equivalent

I have used WordPerfect for years but am changing to MS Word 2010. I
ther an equivalent to WordPerfect template prompts in Word? I am makin
a rent agreement template. When I open the template I would like (a
example) to type the tenant name, unit number etc. one time and have i
inserted in the various pages. Is there a way to do this withou
knowing programming language
