If you've got an HP printer, go to hewlittpackard.com and look for software
or downloads or similar... You should be able to find the printer driver for
your printer/operating system combination. They update them fairly often.

I've seen a suggestion that if you go to File | Print and switch printers,
then switch back, this may solve the problem.

Hi Lino,

Word 2003? It's apparently a glitch that causes
Word to lose track of the printer.

As Suzanne mentioned going to File=>Print and
changing the printer to another one (and back)
will often clear it temporarily.

If so let us know what happens if you close Word
and then cleanup and delete all left over
Word temp files using Start=>Search and the
search string of
~$*.*;*.tmp

Do you have the MS Remove Hidden(personal) Data
add-in installed or another Addin?
