Word's Office Assistant

We are running Office 97 on Windows 2000 SP 4. When
hitting F1 to get the Office Assistant - getting a message
that "cannot accept question at this time" please
reinstall. Office Assistant works in all the other Office
97 Programs. Have uinstalled and reinstalled Word, but no
luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

I was not able to find any documentation that included the error message that you have been getting.

But on the bright side, I was able to find an article that included a registry key that might be related to your problem. Take a

Phil,

Thanks for the suggestion, however, the registry key is
correct. It is really weird - they all work in the other
Office Applications??!! I, too, have been unsuccessful in
finding anything relating to the message we are getting.
If I find out anything, I'll post the solution here.
