WordX Track Changes Don't show up Word XP

I'm e-mailing Word X doc attachments to a Word XP (PC) user and they can't
see my changes in color. Only the strikeoutsin B & W. I tried running it
through MacLink and that didn't help. What can be done at either end for
them to be be able to see the colored changes?
I haven't had this problem sending docs to Word 2003 users.

Track Changes options are set on the receiving end--e.g., you make comments
in red but I read them in turquoise because that's how I have mine set. So
they need to change their settings, it shouldn't be a problem going from Mac
to windows. I'm not sure what they can do, as Word 2002 (XP) has a screwed
up interface for track changes, I've not experienced it myself but there are
lots of complaints and they reversed direction for WinWord 2003. Their
settings should be under Tools | Options, Track Changes tab, maybe.
