Hello All,
I have been banging my head against the wall trying to
figure this one out. We use WinXP and Office XP. We are
on a Novell system and GroupWise is our e-mail client.
When opening a Word or Excel document by using File-Open
and clicking on the look in drop down box, the programs
hang for about a minute. The event log for Applications
states this error. For Word it reads "Hanging
application WINWORD.EXE, version 10.0.2627.0, hang module
WINWORD.EXE, version 10.0.2627.0, hang address
0X0005583d5"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office twice. I can
not find anything on line or in the MS Knowledge Base.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
