Worflow:Email>Project>Event>Tasks
I am trying to use BCM with Calendar to track multiple short term projects.
Here is my workflow:
1. Contract Request comes in as Email
2. Email is used to create specific Project
3. Project needs Calendar Event spanning 1-2 weeks
4. Event has sub Tasks with reminders
I may have 2-3 of these contracts per day, each generating Emails under a
Project title with Events and SubTasks. Tracking the status of all of these
is crucial.
What is the workflow in BCM to turn an email into a project event with sub
tasks? Can you work directly with an email to create these?
I'm looking for the least amount of clicks and repetition to get the job done.
