Hello, I cannot get the % of Work Complete amounts to roll up to the summary
tasks. Any suggestions???

Hello Richelle,
Insert the % Work Complete in any table: Insert / Column....
Nb : this % Work Complete doesn't add up the tasks % to the summary. That's
the very definition of a %. If they would add up, the total would be granter
than 100%
Hope this helps,

Maybe I need to explain further. If I have 4 subtasks that are all 25%, I
expect the Summary task to show 25%, instead it shows 0%. How do I correct
this?

Do you have resources and work loaded for each task?
%WorkComplete=Sum of (%WorkComplete)*(Work for one task) for every task
below the summary line, divide that sum by the total of all work on the
summary line.

Of course, project does this for you as long as there are resources assigned
and work assigned.

One other thing to look at, examine the earned value methods utilized for
each task. Make sure they are all %Complete not Physical%Complete.

Thanks Jim, I didn't have resources or work assigned. I will add those and
let you know!

Hi Mr. Jim,

Could we track a project (that has already started) without adding resources
and work for each task (not done at baseline phase)?.

Thanks for your comments.

Daniel.
