% work completed summary task does not auto update

I am using Prjct '03. In the "Incorporate Progress" Menu, microsoft states,
"Project calculates the percentage of work completed for each summary task
based on the progress of its subtasks." However I can not get that to
happen. I have included a copy of a section of my code as it appears in my
project.

Sub-Phase Investigations 0%
Cost Feesibility Assessment 100%
Multimedia (Audio/Video) Feesibility Assessment 100%
Capacity Requirements Assessment 100%

Am I missing a Service Pack? Or skipped a step? Please advise.
