Work flow routing

I have a couple of questions regarding to Infopath 2003. I'm planning to
deploy infopath, but I was wondering about work flow routing. Let say that
HR filled out a form from infopath regarding to a termination and click on
submit. That form then will be able to send to the next person who is
suppose to receive that form, let say the manager of that department. The
manager fills out some information and then click on the submit button again,
that form will automatically go to the next person who is supposed to receive
that form. Let say the president of the company...and so on.

Correct me if infopath is able to do this. I know that infopath can be use
as a form template and integrates with web services. Just not sure about the
work flow routing part.

Thank you Greg. That is what I was thinking. Just not sure exactly.

Trevor, I'm also thinking about using Biztalk. I think I have Biztalk
laying around somewhere. I read integrating infopath with biztalk and it
looks very promising. The question is how hard will it be to implement the
two together.

You can use InfoPath with Biztalk Human Workflow Services. I'm about to
start a project doing this, so will know more about soon I hope.
