Work menu problems

adler

Some time ago Command-option-minus stopped giving me a thick black line
cursor, so I can't delete items from my Work menu.

I can't find a way to get it back, nor any other way to perform that
function.

The Work item doesn't appear in the Categories list under Customize
Keyboard, and I can't find the function under All Commands in that same
list.

I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks,

When you're in Customize mode, you can remove menu items by dragging them
from the menu and dropping them into space.

Unfortunately the contents of the Work menu are not displayed in customize
mode.
The destructive cursor is activated with CTRL+ALT+Hyphen.
The Work menu is in the 'Built-in Menus' category of the customize tool -
not in 'All Commands'.
