Work Offline

evey time i start Outlook 2007 it is in offline mode and ask me ot go online.
i have tried uncheck work offline in the file menu, but that just does not
work. how do i fix this?

What happens when you try? "Does not work" is much too vague of a
description to come with a suggestion that might work for you.

Also, which account type do you have configured in Tools-> Account Settings?

after i close outlook and then open it latter it will ask me outlook is
offline would you like to go online. i say yes all the time, and i am getting
tired of this box.

i have 2 POP accounts and 1 MAPI acount.

Do you have an "always-on" connection like cable?

yes, i do.
i got it fixed, i just made a new outlook file.

I too am having the same issue.

My account is with an exchange server and has been working well for months.
Lately Outlook always asks if I would like to connect or work off-line.

My connection is via DSL.

Outlook is also asking me to enter my account password, which it hadn't
before. I check remember password, but next boot same issue.

I read about deleting a file in users/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Private and
having Outlook regenerate it - but this didn't work.

Any ideas would be welcome.
