work sheet

Could you please be more specific. If I am reading this correctly, you want
to copy and paste one worksheet (tab) to another (making duplicate tabs).
If this is the case, while in the worksheet, press and hold CTRL and put
your mouse on the tab and drag to the next sheet. This new tab will be
named whatever the other name was with (2) next to the name. Is this what
you are looking for?

How do I paste range names and their addresses from one
worksheet to the next?
.

....Umm, do you mean automatically, or are you just pasting
from one sheet to another just this once?

Confused (big surprise),
