What is the difference between WSS and MSPS 2003? Well i have connected the
WSS but MSPS 203 is not connecting.What is the use of MSPS 2003.

Comparison of features that are included in Windows SharePoint Services
and in SharePoint Portal Server 2003

Best way to describe the differences between the two of them is that
SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) is super charged and carries all the
bells and whistles, while Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) does basic
collaboration.

Also, Microsoft offers WSS for free with any purchase of Windows Server
2003, while SPS is not.

As a side note...
It should also be noted that SPS installs the WSS engine as the first
part of the installation.
