Workaround for installing global template on multiple PCs?

I have created a custom toolbar with filters for each member of the
engineering department. Is there any way to load the toolbar to each of their
PCs without having to manually go to each PC and copy the toolbar from the
project file to the global template on their PC?
The toolbar is used in a master project which resides on a server. I'm using
MS Project 2003.

Hi,

Install the toolbar in a file (on a publicly accessible server) with an
auto-open macro that performs an Organizer_Move_Item of the toolbar to the
active global then ask everybody to open that file once.
