workaround outlook 2002

our data base snifs in mail in en send items to get a math and then copy the e-mail to the database.
but in outlook 2002 we are getting a popup with wants us to manuely set a permisson for 5-10 minutes
each time.
Looking for a good tip!

The tip is write a COM Secure to do it. No other way. Or go back to Oulook 2000 SP1. After Outlook 2000 SP1 this is a security enhancement and there is no way to change it other then using Exchange Server or writing a COM.
