Hello all,
I realize that a limitation of Entourage working with an Exchange server is that it does not synchronize the reply/forward status back with the Exchange server. This could present a problem for us as we'll have clients on both Entourage and Outlook, and would be incredibly confusing as they go back and forth. Secondly, if someone's Entourage database were corrupted and lost, we could rebuild the email data by re-pulling from the Exchange server, but all the replied/forwarded statuses would be lost. (We're also trying to figure out how to backup the Entourage database effectively)
How have you all here worked around this limitation? I'd be open to any suggestions.
We're using Entourage 2008 and Exchange 2007.
Thanks,
Jason
