Workbook hiding itself when it is opened!

I have an Excel 2003 (.xls) spreadsheet which when it is open hide
itself! To find it you have to go into the "View" menu item and the
"Unhide" the workbook. The spreadsheet has a bit of VBA code in it and
have recently added a Workbook_Open() function which doe
"Application.Visible = True" to tryand rectify the problem but tha
doesn't seem to help!

Any clues
