Workbook protection

Hi,
I have a problem with an excel file. It workbook
protected and the person who did it is not here anymore.
Is there a way I can find the password? Thanks for any
help you can give me.

I can open the file but when I check under tools it tells
me the workbook is protected. Can you help. Thank you
