I'm in the process of routing an Excel workbook utilizing Outlook. Everytime
I go through the command options: /FILE /SENT TO /ROUTING RECIPIENT I get the
question to allow access to the e-Mail addresses in Outlook and when I click
YES, I get the "General Mail Failure, Quit Microsoft Office Excel, restart
the mail system and try again".
I'd like to know if there is a particular set up issue between Excel and
Outlook that would create this. If anyone has had this problem and been able
to resolve the issue please post a reply.
Thank you!
