Does anyone have any succesful workflow implementations with SP 1,
..NET, and Sharepoint that they would mind sharing?

I have been working with another product called K2 from SourceCode which
provides very nice workflow capabilities and integration with InfoPath. If
you are looking to use InfoPath/SharePoint only, search Microsoft's site for
"Reference Implementation for Clinical Forms" This provides a good sample in
my opinion.
