workflow services, modsys is not getting installed in the server

HI all

I am planning to install workflow services and
modsystemtable is not getting installed. It showing
uninstalled in the interface( in the developer
tools>cingurenamedinstance) though i click the buttin

installed.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you
