Workflow start during resource assignment in project server 2007

How can one create a workflow in SPD to automatically send email when
resource is assigned to a task?

Egoncharov:

You cannot use SharePoint Designer to edit or update pages in Project
Server. If you want to develop additional workflows for Project Server, you
will need to use Visual Studio and should ask follow-up developer questions
in the developer news group.

Thanks for the answer. I do can use SPD and use workflows for some parts of
Project Server but I can not find how to create a workflow concerned with
resource assignmemnt.

You may get away with it on the project workspaces and other places, but it
is not supported.
