Workflow to create form

Hello,

I'm brand new to Sharepoint/Infopath/Workflows...

I have a proposed workflow that goes like this: (1) document is saved
to sharepoint document library, (2) workflow is automatically created
when document is added, (3) workflow creates a infopath form in a
different library (passing the name of the document added to the first
libray).

I'm stuck on step 3...

Any hints on how to have a workflow create a Infopath form? Not
afraid of reading in order to figure it out, but need some guidance on
WHAT I should be reading...
