Workflow using XP Developer

Hi all,
i'm lost making an app with sql workflow
where can I find any sample like Issue tracking in any
web, or how can I view the Issue Tracking Workflow code?
I don't know how to change state, how to get data from
ModuserList...please heeelp!!!!

Anyone have any code?? only for learning how to do it...
