Hello,
Recently I added the command line options "/excl /ro" to
my shortcut for opening the database. This was supposed to
eliminate the need for lockfiles so that my readonly users
do not need write access to the database directory.
However, it still creates a lockfile for the workgroup
file. Should I distribute the workgroup file with the
shortcut so that every user has a copy of the workgroup
file? Is there a more elegant way to do this?
Thanks for your help,
Gurtz
