Can Entourage 2008 preferences be managed by Workgroup Manager?

Sorry, no, Entourage itself stores most of its preferences in its
proprietary Database rather than in .plist files.

With Outlook for Mac replacing Entourage in the next version of Office,
I doubt that this will ever change. Let's hope that Outlook does use
..plist files.
