Workgroup printing

I've just installed a HP Laserjet 2200 printer on a
Windows 2000 machine in a Workgroup. After installation
everyone is able to print. But if someone has to reboot
or logoff they lose connection (unable to connect) with
the printer. Something so simple is driving me absolutely
crazy....
