Workgroup Templates in Pub 2007

We are trying to add some Business card templates to all of our users. We
have a workgroup template folder setup and the templates are located there.
Word and Excel can read the workgroup templates folder but Publisher does not
see the templates located there. Is there a way to get these templates to
work for publisher in the workgroup templates folder?
