Workgroup

There is a resource field 'workgroup' that according to 'help' has 4 values:
'default', 'Microsoft Office Project Server', 'E-mail only', and 'none'
however 'E-Mail only' does not appear in my configuration. I believe this
may prove to be useful in an upcoming project. What can I do to get this
option to appear?
