Working backwards?

I maintain a newsletter for a non-profit organization. I keep a document set
up for the mailing labels (which is just a fancy table setup). What I would
love is to find out there is an EASY way to put this data into a database.
Is there some way to do this other that copy and paste? The list is over 200
people and each label would be up to 8 columns. You can do the math - ARGH!

Anyone have good news for me?
