Working in Excel 2007 - trouble with display

I am working on a large spreadsheet, with about 25 tabs, and links to another
file. I am having several problems. The first is with the arrow keys -
actually, this problem relates to all of my Excel documents. When I open a
new file, I can move the cursor from cell to cell using arrow keys.
Suddenly, I can't and have to use the mouse. Extremely frustrating. The
same thing has started to happen on my home computer running the same
program. There doesn't seem to be a way to revert - I thought it was scroll
lock, but can't figure out how to unlock it (Logitech LX710 keyboard).

The other main problem is on the large spreadsheet. It runs about 2200 rows
deep - as I scroll down the rows, data disappears from view in large pieces
(10 to 20 rows at a time). The data is still there - I can click in a cell
and see it in the display bar. Also, if I drag my cursor through the data it
comes to life again and is visible.

I'm running a new Toshiba Satellite, 2046 MB RAM and 2.2 GHz processor, and
I don't have much data in storage.

Any help would be appreciated!
