working in word 2007 produces ms error

often, when saving a document in 2007 i get a microsoft error popup box
saying that an error has occurred - send to ms
text is
c:\documents\my name\locals\temp\WERe074.dir00\Mini103018-01.dmp
c:\documents and settings\my name\WERe074.dir00\sysdata.xml

any ideas how I can stop this?
