Working off-line

Hi,

we are running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition and Office 2003 on an
Exchange Server. All is hosted.

I am only using a laptop to work on. When connecting to the Network at work
there is no problem, I can see all my mails, but when i disconnect and start
Outlook again, the inbox is not updated. The Cache Exchange Mode is disabled
(do not have access to change that myself)

Can anyone point me in the rigth direction to look for the solution.

Thanks

Of course when you are disconnected from the network, the inbox will not
update, even if you are running in cached mode. In order to update you must
be connected to the network. Are you asking how to connect again?

let's say that i am working today connected to the network. I will see all
mails in my inbox dated up to today. When i disconnect and open Outlook again
off-line, I can only see mails up till the month of May 2008 and not after. I
am aware that the inbox is not updating when off-line.
