Working on word. trying to build web site

I have my first page done. I try to preview view in a folder and it is
all messed up. But looks fine when in
word. Some paragrahs missing and frames around word takes the whole
page and suggestions. Also set a hyperlink. worked fine then saved,
then won't work, say can't open the link??

What are you using to view the page in when you've saved it? Internet
Explorer, Safari, Netscape, etc...

Personally, I don't feel that word is a good tool to use for creating a web
page. It really produces very poor html code.

I recommend using something like Dreamweaver if you can. It produces much
better HTML and better web pages and sites.

The code is IE-compliant, but many features don't play well in other
browsers (special characters, accented letters, and probablly some other
items like framesets etc...).
