Working portfolio analyzer

I am trying to get portfolio analyzer to work and it just ain't happning. I
have looked in books and the Internet to help me but I am so confused. Please
can someone give me step by step guide to make it work.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It might help us if you told us what is preventing you from using the
Portfolio Analyzer. For example, if you are seing an error message, why
don't you post the message? Tell us more and we will try to help you.

Hi Dale,

Sorry for the late reply again. OK, when I am on PWA and click on
Risks--->Click on any of the projects, an error comes up:

"The documents, risks and issues features in Project Web Access use Windows
SharePoint Services.
A Windows SharePoint Services site needs to be created for your project
before you can share project documents or track project risks and issues.
Site creation takes a few minutes, so if the project was just published, wait
a few minutes and then visit the page again. Otherwise, contact your server
administrator"

I waited for a few minutes but the message repeats itself. I actually think
its because WSS is not installed properly or probably isn't installed at all.

Do you think you can help me out?

Ooops...

Sorry, I also have a problem with WSS as you can see from my last post. Got
that confused with portfolio analyzer. I'll leave that in there for the time
being and I want to try and fix the WSS bug first before I go onto portfolio
analyzer.
