Working RTDServer shim for Excel 2002

Hello,

I am currently developing a RTD server using VS2005 and .NET2.0 / C#.
To let this server run withing excels high security setting i used the
COMShimWizard 2.0 to create a shim project for this RTDServer.
Unfortunately this seems not to work with Excel2002 (XP). Does anybody
know how i can fix the generated code to work with excel 2002? Is
there an other way besides the way to use the com shim wizard?

P.S.: The shim created for a shared addin seems to work with Excel
2002.

Would be great if someone could help me with this problem... i know
there has to be a workaround/solution...
